Questions GCs Ask Us
Before They Call
Do you carry your own WSIB and liability insurance? +
Yes. We provide a WSIB Clearance Certificate and Certificate of Insurance before mobilization on every project. Full documentation, no gaps. If your GC agreement requires specific coverage limits, let us know and we’ll confirm coverage before you commit.
Can you work within an existing project schedule? +
Yes. We coordinate our mobilization and pour schedule around your project timeline. We commit to start dates and we keep them. If your schedule shifts, we work with you to adjust — we’re not the crew that causes your critical path to slip.
What do you need from us before you can quote? +
Send us your drawings or plans — even preliminary ones are enough to get started. We need to know the scope (walls, foundation, or both), approximate square footage, storey count, and your target start date. We’ll quote back within one business day.
Do you supply the ICF blocks or do we? +
Either way. We can supply and install (one invoice, one point of contact), install-only if you’ve already sourced blocks, or supply-only if your crew handles installation. We work with Nudura, Fox Blocks, Amvic and Element ICF — whatever the project calls for.
How far do you travel for projects? +
We’re based in Midland and regularly serve Barrie, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Tiny Township, Orillia, Penetanguishene and surrounding Simcoe County communities. For larger projects we can travel further — contact us and we’ll confirm coverage for your location.
What happens if something goes wrong on site? +
We tell you immediately — not after the fact. If a detail needs to change, if we find something unexpected in the plans, or if a site condition affects the work, we flag it the same day. We don’t create surprises, and we don’t hide problems.
