Questions Builders Ask
Before They Call
Can you work with my existing build schedule?+
Yes. We coordinate around your project timeline and commit to start dates. If your schedule shifts, we work with you to adjust. We understand that in custom home building, delays cascade — we don’t create them.
Do you carry WSIB and liability insurance?+
Yes. WSIB Clearance Certificate and Certificate of Insurance are provided before we mobilize on every project. If your builder agreement requires specific limits, contact us before committing and we’ll confirm coverage.
What ICF brands do you work with?+
We supply and install Nudura, Fox Blocks, Amvic and Element ICF. If your client has a preference or your design requires a specific system, we can source and install it. We’ll recommend what makes most sense for the project.
Can you supply blocks only if my crew does the install?+
Yes. Supply-only is one of our standard service options. We source and deliver the right blocks for your project. We can also provide advice on quantities and any details your crew needs to know before installation begins.
How do you handle Ontario Building Code compliance?+
Every ICFPro installation is built to meet Ontario Building Code requirements. We understand the wall assembly requirements, insulation values, structural considerations and fire ratings that apply to ICF construction in Ontario. Inspections pass cleanly.

Yes. If you’re a builder who’s new to ICF, we walk you through what’s different from wood frame, what your trades need to know, and what details in the plans need attention before construction starts. We’ve helped dozens of builders make the transition.
