  2. Written scope. Clear inclusions, exclusions and a payment schedule tied to stages.
  3. Paperwork. WSIB clearance and insurance certificates before we mobilize.
  4. Straight walls. Bracing checked through the pour, anchors and sleeves where the drawings say.
  5. Warranty. 7 years on materials and workmanship.
